RF Signal Object
Introduction
The RF Signal Object is a definition of the data and metadata required for a general voltage level representation of an RF signal. The intended area of application is the software radio signal representation for radio science instrumentation. This includes active and passive radar systems, spectral monitoring systems, and radio telescopes.
RF Signal Objects are intended to be stored and serialized using HDF5 1.8.0 or later. This is also intended to provide the necessary facilities for communication of objects between programming languages and platforms.
