Education and Public Outreach
A model which might be studied when developing a summer radar school at Haystack is the Polar Aeronomy and Radio Science summer school, sponsored originally by U Alaska Fairbanks and other polar science oriented groups. The school has been held at Fairbanks, Gakona, and most recently Arecibo in 2004.
