Education and Public Outreach
A model which might be studied when developing a summer radar school at Haystack is the Polar Aeronomy and Radio Science summer school, sponsored originally by U Alaska Fairbanks and other polar science oriented groups. The school has been held at Fairbanks, Gakona, and most recently Arecibo in 2004. At this writing, there is documentation about the latest incarnation of this school by looking at
